Matrix Overview: Instructor-Led, Hands-On (1–2 hrs) MRMLS Matrix is fast, flexible and has many new features. Training topics include e-mail history, auto e-mail, CMA’s, searching, printing, mapping, reverse prospecting and more!

Listing Upload & Digital Photo: Instructor Led, Hands-On (1–2 hrs) Training topics include adding a listing, modifying a listing, agent open house and resizing photos, adding a photo, deleting a photo and replacing a photo.

Smart Trac: Instructor-Led, Hands-On (1 hr) Smart Trac is a Web-based application that MRMLS members can use to improve the management of their real estate transaction. In order to create a new transaction in Smart Trac, members must either attend Classroom Training, Webinar Training or pass the Smart Trac Exam as part of our on-line curriculum. Training topics include how to create a file, add a to-do list, add participants, order services, upload and fax in documents, import online version of WINforms and more!

Smart Map: Instructor-Led, (1 hr) SmartMap is an interactive map for MRMLS members only. It blends listing data, tax data and parcel maps with aerial photography. Training topics include how to use the map tool bar, draw tool bar, search listing, search properties, create mailing labels and more!

Realist Tax System: Instructor-Led (1 hr) The Realist tax system is a full featured, public record service that integrates diverse public record information, powerful software, and eye-popping reports. Topics include searching techniques, creating CMA’s, e-mail, exporting, printing, mapping, Assessors Tax Maps, Document Images & Flood Maps.

MRMLS Webinars are online interactive tutorials. These tutorials just take a few minutes and will show you exactly what to do from your own computer screen. How cool is that.
