At TIGAR we consider education to be the prime component in a successful business. We advocate a learning environment by posting online courses that you can complete at your convenience, virtual seminars, website links and live tutorial symposiums that enhance a member’s ability to stay informed, apprised and in tune with the ever changing requirements for their real estate practice, which assist them in avoiding litigation or Ethics violations. In this section you will find everything from WINForms training bites to Designation programs, which expand your business in to a professional long term commitment. We have links to state licensing requirements for renewals and to Ethic courses to meet the NAR quadrennial requirement for REALTOR® status. MRMLS Training- Twice a month MRMLS come to the Assoction to do training but if you feel you need a little extra help or just a refresher, check out the webinars we have available for you here on all different topics.

WINForms Training- The Association often holds WINForms training classes but you can view these webinars online anytime you would like to learn a little more or just refresh your memory.
