A courtesy call will be given when the below information has been received:

• A completed Application
• Copy of your Driver's License
• Copy of your Department of Real Estate License
• A completed Credit Card Authorization
• Sign up for Auto Debit Program (Optional)

Finalize Membership

Upon successful completion of the above, you will receive:

• Your CRMLS user name and password
• NRDS # (National REALTOR® Database System Number)

This should happen within 24 hours of submission as long as all data provided is correct and complete.

To finalize the membership process you will need to:

1. Complete the NAR MANDATORY Ethics course within 90 days. Your NRDS# is required at login.
   (Provided by TIGAR once Application is processed).
2. Attend a TIGAR Orientation within 90 days. A Membership Liaison will contact you after your
   application has been processed to schedule an orientation date.
   A $50 penalty fee will be added to your account if orientation isn't taken within 90 days.
