MLS Only Membership
Membership Checklist

1. Print and complete the Application. It is 6 pages. Please check to make
sure everything is completed, answered, initialed and signed.
2. Remember to sign as Designated REALTOR® if you are the BROKER OF
RECORD for the office and/or let us know if you are the office manager.
3. FAX or DROP OFF the completed application,  copy of your driver's license, and a copy of your
Department of Real Estate License to 951-735-0335, Attention MEMBERSHIP.
4. Fax over the Credit Card Authorization form with your application.
5. You will receive a courtesy call that your application and payment have
been received and with any additional items needed to process your
application.
6. Upon successful completion of the above, you will receive your MLS
user name and password. This should happen within 24 hours of submission as long
as all data is provided and complete.
7.  If needed- Clerical User Application (Can not do any activity that a license is required for) For further information please see Clerical Membership.
