August, It's Back to School

For most parents, August is Back to School month. It’s that time of year when children and students must get ready for the year ahead, buying clothes and supplies, and saying goodbye to the summer break. And they’ll all show up for that first day back, wide-eyed, meeting new friends and old, and excitedly starting a new season of learning.
For real estate, this August promises to be the month our sales recover from the surge of the Federal Tax Credit that has somewhat depressed activity in June and July. Most signs point to a pick-up in August, so get ready.
Saying goodbye to July means that we are over the hump on the year, but still have plenty of months to make 2010 a great year for each of us. Now can be the time to re-double your efforts and make the rest of 2010 count even more for you. There is much opportunity in our market.
August can also be a great time for fun, especially if you attend our “Del Mar Day at the Races” on August 26th. Don’t miss it! Get your tickets at the TIGAR office. A great day will be had by all!
Not only is August “Back to School Month” for our children, it can be for you, as well. There are many educational opportunities available at TIGAR. Check them out at our website. As we always say, “To earn more, you have to learn more!”
